Southview Holdings is a Real Estate Development, Property Investment and Real Estate Management company. The company is formerly known as Costain Africa P/L which established its business operations in Zimbabwe in 1954. Primarily the company was a construction and civil engineering venture which oversaw construction projects such as the Kariba Dam Wall, The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Eastgate & Westgate Shopping Malls, Karigamombe Centre, Club Chambers Building and The Harare Club among other notable developments.
Our footprint now spans across all parts of Zimbabwe with medium to long-term interests to venture regionally.
